Look forward to all the merriment of Christmas with a very special Festive Wonderland feel and let a delectable meal and entertainment set the tone for a night of fun and celebrations. So do join us for all the merriment of Christmas with a very special Festive Wonderland Evening guaranteed to amaze and delight all guests.

Whether it’s just the 2 of you or 202 of your colleagues and friends, we can offer you an evening of fine food, fine wine and great music. Our luxury fully heated marquee, with its Twinkling starlight ceiling, decorated in the Finest Christmas Spirit, will be “the festive destination” place to be seen at this December. After dinner, don’t think twice about taking your Christmas spirit to the dance floor and be prepared to dance the night away!

We have 3 dates this year and without even advertising yet, these are proving very popular – so if it tickles your Festive Taste buds, don’t delay and make sure you book in early.

On the evenings of Friday 11th, Friday 18th and Saturday 19th December 2020, you and your guests can enjoy a mouth-watering 3 course dinner plus coffee along with plenty of hats, crackers and novelties, before hitting the dance floor to our sensational live band. Tickets are priced £49.50 per person and include a 3-course dinner, Fantastic Toe Tapping entertainment and vat.

The evenings start with Drinks from 6.45pm, Dinner Served at 7.30pm, our fantastic band starts at 9.30pm, last orders at 11.30pm and Carriages at midnight.

Now all the boring but vital details –

Should you wish to book your Christmas Party with us please call us on the above number to check availability and make a provisional booking.  If you then wish to confirm your booking we ask you to do so in writing at your earliest convenience along with full payment to secure your booking. This needs to be made no later than Monday 1st November. No food, alcohol or beverages of any kind is permitted to be brought into or consumed within the Green Man premises, including marquee, from outside without prior agreement. Only food, alcohol and beverages purchased directly from The Green Man can be consumed on the premises. Should any guest be found to be doing this, they will either be asked to leave or pay a corkage/tray charge. Smoking is not permitted inside the premises, including the marquee, of The Green Man and any guest failing to comply with this will be asked to leave. By paying a deposit you and your guests are agreeing to our Festive Terms and Conditions

As our produce is bought fresh on a daily basis, we do ask that all menus be pre-ordered in advance to avoid any disappointment, and we ask for your party’s’ order by Friday 27th November. We also require a spreadsheet each person’s name menu requirements and any dietary requirements plus a total of what the whole party is having for each dish – so to avoid any confusion or loss of menu memory on the day! We will provide filled in place cards according to the spreadsheet for tables. We do also ask that final numbers be given to us 48 hours in advance of the lunch or dinner. Should your numbers drop after this you will still be charged in full for the final number previously given. Should your numbers rise above the final number given, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can confirm that we can accommodate your changes. We also ask that you confirm as to whether all drinks, wine and beverages are going to be added to the main bill or if your guests will pay for them on an individual cash basis.

Green Man Smoked Salmon Terrine, Fresh Salmon, Fresh Dill, Cream and a touch of Sicilian Lemon. (GF)

Traditional Bronze Roast Turkey Breast with Homemade Cranberry, Orange and Sausage meat stuffing. Served with Pigs in Blanket,
Homemade Cranberry Sauce and Rich Gravy (GF, DF) 
“Cherry Orchard” Crispy Belly of Pork infused with Honey Bee Cider, Creamed Savoy Cabbage and Pancetta. Finished with a Rich Gravy and Apple Sauce (GF)

All the above main courses are served with Roast and Panache of Vegetables
Finest Pan Roasted Fillet of Seabass, New Potatoes and Braised Leeks. Served with a Saffron,
Sauternes, Ginger, Shallot and Dill Cream Sauce

Traditional Rich Spiced Fruit Christmas Plum Pudding served with Brandy Sauce
Chocolate and Mascarpone Cheesecake, Salted Chocolate Sauce, Raspberry Ice-Cream
Lemon Curd and Irish Cream Meringue. Served with a Blueberry Coulis (GF)
White Poached Peach enhanced with Vanilla, Raspberry Coulis and Blackcurrant Sorbet (GF, V, DF, VG)
