We have three dining areas at The Green Man – one being our dog friendly bar dining room which is proving a popular venue. We then have our larger 34 seating area which is great for those with walking impairments or wheelchairs (sadly we are unable to offer disabled toilets) & our cosier 22 seat lower dining area which is great for semi private parties of upto 24. All our dining areas are consciously spaced & comfortable with fireplaces, relaxing and laid-back vibe and with a great nod to Partridge Green gone by.
GREEN MAN BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When making your booking, we do ask that you provide us with up to date and accurate contact information to allow us to full communications with you regarding the reservation. In addition, an email address will be required for all parties so that we can send through our booking terms and conditions. We do require a deposit of £5p person for all bookings, and this will be deducted from your bill on the day. Please also advise us of any allergies or dietary requirements within the party at the time of booking.
We respectfully ask that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation to ensure the best possible level of service to all our guests. If you are running late, we kindly ask that you notify us by telephone at your earliest convenience. Your table will be held for 15 minutes after which time it may be allocated to another customer.
Whist we do appreciate that sometimes you will need to cancel a reservation, we do require at least four hours’ notice for every cancellation. For bookings cancelled with less than four hours’ notice, we reserve the right to keep the original £5 per person deposit if we are unable to resell the table.
In the event that you do not show up or are less guests than you originally booked for, we may charge £20.00 per person no show charge.
Please understand that until the required deposit is paid, your booking is not secure and we reserve the right to cancel if the deposit is not made within 24 hours of booking.
Please note that further booking T&C’s may apply to reservations during selected busy periods, included but not limited to: Festive Christmas Parties, Valentines, Day, Father’s Day etc – all extra terms and conditions can be emailed to you at the point of booking.
We are sorry that cancellation charges and deposits have become necessary, but we have had too many “no-shows” resulting in empty tables we could have reserved for other customers.
